Events and promotions are extremely important to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Mid-Atlantic! In addition to raising funds for children’s wishes, events and promotions also heighten awareness of our mission in the community. Make-A-Wish Special Events These signature, high-profile events are hosted annually by the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Mid-Atlantic. The events range from triathlons for adults or kids to golf tournaments to scavenger hunts, and take place across the Mid-Atlantic region. Last year, our event organizers hosted more than 150 community and corporate events to benefit the Foundation including bike rides, golf tournaments, races, lemonade stands fashion shows, bake sales and more.
