Help make a child’s wish come true...right from your office. You can contribute to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Mid Atlantic through payroll deductions or a one-time gift through your workplace campaign. As a member of America’s Charities, we are represented in several public and private sector campaigns. Combined Federal Campaign If you are a federal employee, please participate this fall in the Combined Federal Campaign. Look for The Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Mid-Atlantic, Inc. CFC #67041 in your official campaign catalog and follow the instructions on how to make a gift or pledge. Maryland State Campaign - #5021 If your office participates in the Maryland State Campaign, please designate #5021 to support the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Mid-Atlantic, Inc. Commonwealth of Virginia Campaign - #3125 If your office participates in the Commonwealth of Virginia Campaign, please designate #3125 to support the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Mid-Atlantic, Inc. The United Way If your workplace offers United Way giving, to direct your United Way pledge to support Mid Atlantic children’s wishes look for a “donor option” designation line on your giving campaign form and write in “Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Mid Atlantic.” If your company does not offer workplace giving, you can organize your own campaign! Employees can work together to pool or raise funds. Contact our office for more information about how to get started. Ask about matching gifts! Hundreds of companies across the country match donations to charitable organizations made by their employees. Matches can be as high as 3 to 1, and can therefore mean that your gift to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Mid-Atlantic, Inc. is tripled! Even if your company does not offer a formal workplace campaign, many companies do match employee contributions to charity.
